Come one come all to the first ever Hopkinsville Christian-County Public Library Renaissance Festival! Join our travel through time as we embark on a journey to remember. ATTENTION:
Due to renovations, bathrooms are currently limited. We appreciate your understanding for any inconveniences this may cause. Additionally, in cases of possible rain, the festival will be relocated inside the building within our capabilities.

We will have many activities for all ages to choose from! First off is a DIY Potion craft, this does require registration (all or ask at front desk)! All others, such as making flower-crowns, paper dragons, and the many outdoor games and performances will be free and available to all (while supplies last!!!).
We will be featuring Dazey Studios Face Painting!
We will also have a contest for best dressed, so strap into some armor and join us.
Contest Guidelines:
-Registration will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the welcome tent at the front of the building.
-All outfits must be Ren faire theme related to enter, historical and fantasy to be specific (Sorry Spiderman, see you at FanFest!)
-The contestants will be separated into three age groups (children 0-12 | teens 13-17 | adults 18+)
-The contest will be held at 3:30 p.m. requesting all participants to gather 15 minutes before it begins.
If registration exceeds expectation, limited entries will be implemented.

1 – 1:30 p.m. Fire Juggling Act
1:45 – 2:15 p.m. Medieval Weapons and Armor Chat with Museum of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian Co.
2:30 – 3 p.m. Fencing Demonstration
3 – 3:30 p.m. Fire Juggling Act
3:30 – 4 p.m. Best Dressed Contest
5 – 7 p.m. The Secret Commonwealth Band
